Description:
The Integrated Production Business Manager will work closely with the SVP Department lead, the Producer team, Fingerpaint Group finance, Business Affairs support partners and vendors, to ensure production administration, expenses and financial management needs are in compliance with client and agency policies. 
 
Professional Requirements:
Our ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of agency experience with Non-Union Productions, but also a working knowledge and familiarity with Union production process, and associated rules and business needs.  Should be efficient with MS suite of business tools and familiar with the steps and documentation required for content production, including but not limited to, confidentiality agreements, estimates and bids, vendor pay schedules, production agreements, purchase orders, licensing agreements, clearances, talent contracts and renewals, and broadcast distribution workflow.
 
Role Description:
-Support the Business Management needs of the producing team and departmental lead.
-Work with external Business Affairs and Talent Payroll services to facilitate clearances, licenses and process payments
-Facilitate confidentiality agreements with vendors prior to bidding
-Vet Fingerpaint Production Terms and Conditions with shortlist vendors early in bidding process
-Set up new vendors in system
-Open Purchase Orders
-Facilitate execution of templated Production agreements to awarded vendors
-Create vendor pay schedules and ensure invoicing to agency is correct and clear for processing
-Support Producers with talent contracts as needed
-Create expense and vendor trackers
-Help with miscellaneous estimates, billing and paperwork as needed
-Develop good working relationships with Fingerpaint Finance stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting
-Process completed talent agreements for payments (or work with 7MG for processing in ER Portal)
-Track talent agreements and file appropriately, setting renewal notices to inform future brand plans
-Track vendor payments in system to ensure smooth production phase transitions
-Keep in tight communication with Producer on budgets and assist in tracking actuals
-Support Producer with additional related needs
-Support Freelance Producers (and Fulltime) with Travel and Expenses (for freelancers) as needed
-Assist with broadcast distribution billing as needed 
-Assist with other departmental finance support as needed
