Client Financial Analyst
Description
- Coordinating all financial aspects or needs of a client including, but not limited to:
- Managing client financial onboarding
- Preparing, reviewing, and approving invoices, in conjunction with account service
- Leading financial review meetings
- Managing accounts receivable
- Monitoring accruals and budget
- Preparing and reviewing external and internal client reporting and analysis
- Assisting with other ad hoc financial projects
- Analyzing monthly revenue recognition
- Driving financial processes and compliance
- Partnering with/influencing client teams to ensure productive and accurate client financial management
- Ability to prepare and analyze client financial documents
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized and detail-driven
- Self-starter mentality
- Strong time-management skills
- Willingness to jump in and assist with other financial-related tasks
- Willingness to travel to other office locations as necessary
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
- Solid understanding of accounting concepts (debits/credits, revenue recognition)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- 2-3 years of experience in a related field
- Experience in a billable hour environment preferred, but not required
