We are looking for a Senior Client Finance Analyst to manage accounts receivable. The analyst will work closely with finance team members to maintain client records, issue invoices, and follow up on incoming payments.   
 
General Responsibilities include:   
  • Collect and review statements of work to ensure proper invoicing
  • Generate and send client invoices accurately and timely
  • Facilitate payment of client invoices due in line with corporate policies
  • Communicate with clients to resolve accounts receivable queries as needed
  • Escalate collections concerns to management whenever necessary
  • Partners with/influences client teams to ensure productive and accurate client financial management
  • Prepares WIP and AR files; discusses issues with each with both agency and finance leadership for mitigation of issues
  • Prepares and analyzes financial documents
  • May supervise one or more analyst or coordinators 
 
What it takes:   
  • Highly organized and detail-driven
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills   
Know how:   
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting 
  • Prior experience or 2-3+ years of related experience preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Adobe Acrobat
  • Familiarity with SharePoint
