Senior Client Financial Analyst
Description
- Collect and review statements of work to ensure proper invoicing
 - Generate and send client invoices accurately and timely
 - Facilitate payment of client invoices due in line with corporate policies
 - Communicate with clients to resolve accounts receivable queries as needed
 - Escalate collections concerns to management whenever necessary
 - Partners with/influences client teams to ensure productive and accurate client financial management
 - Prepares WIP and AR files; discusses issues with each with both agency and finance leadership for mitigation of issues
 - Prepares and analyzes financial documents
 - May supervise one or more analyst or coordinators
 
- Highly organized and detail-driven
 - Ability to prioritize tasks
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
 - Prior experience or 2-3+ years of related experience preferred
 - Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Adobe Acrobat
 - Familiarity with SharePoint
