Senior Business Manager
Description
- Manage client financial systems (ie, Decideware, ARMS, etc), including but not limited to:
- Inputting agency scopes
- Manage scope revisions/reconciliations
- Ensure staff allocation adhere to client requirements
- Work with finance, account management and project management in the development and maintenance of external client documentation, including client SOW templates, monthly financial trackers, quarterly accruals, reconciliations, etc
- Liaise with Finance Administrators to ensure alignment in financial systems for client monthly finance meetings
- Review estimates, ballparks, SOW/staff plans to ensure proper use of SOW templates, staff mixes and pricing norms with an understanding of client and agency standards
- Participate in Business Development (RFP and/or pitch) activities to input into client-specific templates and platforms, as required
- Support project managers in ensuring discipline leads review and approve all SOW staffing plans
- Support project managers with management and quality control of agency financial systems and tools, including new job requests, budget entry / maintenance, revenue forecasts sheets, staffing tools, etc.
- Work with Operations lead in the input of data to create and manage the overall agency staff plan
- Maintain financial brand folders on agency SharePoint to save documentation of all budget estimates, SOWs, POs, changes in scope, write-off requests, etc
- Create and maintain vendor Purchase Orders (POs) in Coupa
- Develop and distribute reporting to help team manage to approved estimates and/or submitted forecast
- Burn reports
- Project-level actuals vs forecast
- College Degree
- 4-5 years Advertising Agency experience
- Experience in budgets/financial estimating
- Ability to work independently and manage communications to all organizational levels
- Detail-oriented and take-ownership attitude
- Highly proficient in Excel (complex formulas a must)
- Project Management experience a plus
