Integrated Video Producer – Bilingual (Spanish)

Fingerpaint Group seeking an exceptional Integrated Video Producer to join our team! As a fluent Spanish speaker and writer, you'll be able to effectively communicate with our Multicultural Marketing team and clients. With a strong background in digital production, you'll have hands-on experience planning, producing, and managing projects from start to finish. Your skillsets should include mapping out high-level timing and concepts, creating estimates and production schedules, and ensuring seamless execution of campaigns. Description:
This integrated producer will be a part of our Creative Production Services group, working closely with several brand teams to produce live-action, animation and social content for multiple clients, across multiple markets.
 
Experience:
Healthcare agency experience required, with at least 5 years total video producer experience, including on-set and post-production experience.   General Market and Hispanic Market video experience and bilingual skills are required for this position.  
 
Key Qualities:
  • Bilingual, fluent Spanish
  • Experience producing General Market and Hispanic Market content across multiple platforms, including connected tv, patient and HCP OLV, podcast, and social content.
  • Ability to manage multiple production or post-production projects, in various stages of development, with equal attention to detail.
  • Experience overseeing entire video production process, including planning, estimating bidding, negotiating on behalf of agency and clients, pre-production, production, post-production and wrap.
  • Experience supervising live-action video and photo shoots, as well as post-production edits when applicable.
  • Strong understanding of delivery specs and formats
  • General knowledge of talent, music, and creative asset rights and usage options, in relation to the project you are producing, including union and non-union productions.
  • General knowledge of talent renewals, and ability to work with paymaster, production partners and team members to secure talent contracts to facilitate payments if needed.
  • Curiosity or experience with emerging tech and trends and experiential productions, with desire to build new partners in the space. 
  • Ability to recommend thoughtful and appropriate video production partners for consideration for all types of projects with varying budget ranges and timelines.
  • Ability to be agile in production problem-solving, in order to keep the project on track.
  • Passion to create great work, no matter what the budget or timing suggests.
  • Communication style amenable to interact with dozens of brand account leads and creatives, with desire to build strong relationships internally and with clients.
  • Experience in asking tough questions and pushing for better ways to execute.
  • Flexibility with continuous workflow optimization, and openness to share smarter ways of working within our department.
