This role is remote, however it will require being local to the NJ/tristate area.      
   
The Activation Analytics team oversees our media-based analytics programs and omnichannel campaigns, defining reporting programs that define key business outcomes, objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).  The team develops the tracking infrastructure and creates data-informed narratives that can apply to real-world business opportunities and challenges.    
    
The Manager, Analytics role is responsible for managing reporting and analysis programs for assigned brands, as well as finding new ways to support clients with a data-driven focus.   
    
Duties and Responsibilities:    
  • Oversee reporting and analytics programs for several brands.  
  • Work closely with the Director, Analytics to support leadership and strengthen data initiatives, analytics programs, and practices.   
  • Lead cross-functional projects using data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions   
  • Examine, interpret, and communicate results and business impact of analytical initiatives to key internal stakeholders and client teams   
  • Support omnichannel initiatives by informing measurement planning and reporting upon performance metrics.   
  • Follow standard protocols and help develop new standards  
  • Develop and deliver the analysis approach for ad hoc requests related to performance reporting   
  • Present monthly and quarterly reports to clients with the support of the strategy team  
  • Manage up to 3 direct reports and mentor staff outside of direct report responsibility   
  • Provide subject matter expertise to internal and external customers    
    
Requirements and Experience:   
  • Minimum of 5 years of analytics and reporting experience, with a background in pharmaceutical and digital marketing (can be combination of client and agency experience)   
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.  
  • Proven experience in leading direct report(s)   
  • Strong proficiency in analytics tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Looker, Tableau, R, Python).  
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling.  
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.  
  • Experience with digital marketing channels and an understanding of media metrics.  
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.  
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.  
  • Must enjoy working in demanding environment as a key member of a dynamic, team-based organization
