- 3 to 5 years relevant experience
- College degree preferred but equivalent combination of education and experience also acceptable
- Proficient in Figma, and Adobe CC suite of applications (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications
- Proficient in digital development in Figma and Google Web Designer
- Proficient in basic animation development utilizing Figma and After Effects
- Proficient in PowerPoint
- Extensive knowledge of effective print and digital production processes, roles, tools, workflow best practices, and trends.
- Troubleshoots and finalizes files for print release, unsupervised.
- Finalizes pieces for release to digital or print development.
- Photo retouching: specializes in image retouching, color correction, or compositing on assigned projects; may also provide illustrations or low-res comping.
- Initiates iterative design based on existing pieces or established brand style; may collaborate with an art director.
- Design slides with guidance from creative director, create icons, and can create animated builds within the presentation (PowerPoint duties).
- Identify efficiencies and improve production processes
- Career path can go into art direction or continue in studio depending on creative skills and goals.
