What You’ll Be Doing
As an Estimator you’ll be part of the Estimating team, and will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of pre-order, quoting, and ordering processes, working closely with an Australia-based manager and collaborating with a wider international team. Your key tasks will include:
 
  • Prepare accurate material take-offs and bills of quantities using measuring software.
  • Verify customer orders for correct quantities and pricing.
  • Identify and escalate plan or pricing issues.
  • Ensure quotes meet customer and project requirements.
  • Maintain quote records and meet KPIs.
  • Prepare accurate material and labour estimates and generate supplier POs and labour contracts.
  • Ensure take-offs, POs, and plans are consistent with quotes and supply agreements.
  • Minimise material waste and validate invoicing details.
