Ecommerce Coordinator (Shopify / Automation / Digital Marketing) – Remote | Dayshift | 13th Month Pay | HMO + 1 Dependent

Uploading and maintaining product listings across Shopify stores, ensuring accurate product attributes, pricing, sizing, images, and SEO-friendly copy.
Merchandising category and collection pages, setting up product sequencing, and optimizing cross-sell placements.
Managing sales promotions, discount codes, landing pages, and promotional banners in line with the marketing calendar.
Overseeing marketplace listings (Myer), ensuring listing health, resolving suppressions, and maintaining product consistency.
Conducting regular website audits to resolve broken links, out-of-date content, image issues, and pricing errors.
Assisting with digital automation by running Python scripts and leveraging AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to streamline repetitive ecommerce workflows.
Publishing on-site blog content and coordinating creative web assets with the graphic design team.
1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Ecommerce, Digital Marketing, or CRM Operations within D2C or omnichannel retail.
Strong working proficiency with Shopify (or similar platforms), including product catalog uploads and collection management.
Practical experience using frontier AI models (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for task execution and output generation.
Proven skills in content creation, product copywriting, and web content publishing.
Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple digital workstreams simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills suited for an Australian team dynamic.
Experience managing retail marketplace portals (Myer, THE ICONIC, Amazon, etc.).
Exposure to Python scripting, Visual Studio Code (VS Code), or automated workflow development.
Prior experience in the fashion, apparel, or womenswear retail industry.
Familiarity with ERP/PIM integrations, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, or basic image editing in Canva/Photoshop.
