Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM COL
Salary: 3M COP- 5M COP (Based on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be part of the Finance Team, supporting our Financial Controller in Australia. Your key tasks will include:
- Manage the full Colombian payroll cycle, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all statutory obligations
- Prepare and file all Colombian tax declarations (VAT, income tax, payroll taxes, industry and commerce tax)
- Oversee the full accounting cycle and maintain accurate, timely financial data
- Execute monthly bank and balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare accruals, prepayments, and journal entries each period
- Coordinate intercompany reconciliations and support cross-border payments
- Assist with a smooth transition from the current third-party accounting provider
What You’ll Bring
- 3–5 years of experience working in a Colombian company environment with strong focus on payroll and tax compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/Contador Público is a plus
- Professional fluency in both English and Spanish
- Hands-on expertise in Colombian payroll, social security, and statutory reporting
- Solid understanding of Colombian tax regulations and filing requirements
- Experience with transfer pricing documentation and application
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently
- Comfort managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
Bonus Points For
- Experience with Helisa or similar accounting software
- Understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS/NIIF) and the ability to prepare financial statements in this format (though not mandatory).
- Mindset of curiosity and a drive for efficiency through process optimization and potential adoption of Artificial Intelligence.
