They are looking for a Merchandise Specialist to join their growing team. You will be a vital link in streamlining stock management and strengthening supplier relationships to ensure our retail and e-commerce operations run seamlessly.

What You’ll Be Doing
 
Reporting directly to an Australia-based Ecommerce and Digital Marketing Manager, you will be a key driver of our client's online growth. You will bridge the gap between technical systems and commercial strategy to ensure a seamless customer experience.
 
Your responsibilities will include:
 
  • Managing end-to-end product publishing on Shopify Plus using bulk upload and administration tools.
  • Optimizing product searchability and site merchandising through SearchSpring and SEO best practices.
  • Maintaining data integrity across systems (REX and Shopify) to ensure 100% accuracy in product listings and inventory.
  • Executing customer retention strategies, including loyalty programs and supporting email marketing flows.
  • Coordinating digital assets such as photography, seasonal banners, and technical data requirements.
  • Providing weekly and monthly performance reporting and competitor analysis to influence seasonal strategies.
 
What You’ll Bring
 
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce or merchandise coordination
  • Platform Expertise: Proven proficiency in Shopify Plus and Excel for bulk data management and analysis
  • Analytical Skills: Strong logical thinking and the ability to proactively solve technical or integration gaps
  • Communication: Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with international teams
  • Adaptability: The ability to pivot quickly and manage multiple tasks within a fast-paced retail environment
 
Bonus Points For:
 
  • Experience working with international retail brands
  • Proficiency with tools such as Matrixify, Yotpo, or SearchSpring
  • Knowledge of Google Ads and automated email marketing flows
