What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work directly with the USA Director and become a critical force behind daily operations. Your work will help leadership stay focused, organized, and effective:
- Managing complex calendars and scheduling with precision
- Handling correspondence, emails, and communications on behalf of leadership
- Organizing meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items
- Preparing polished reports, presentations, and business communications
- Coordinating travel, accommodations, and detailed itineraries
- Maintaining organized filing systems and supporting cross-department coordination
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative role
- Exceptional time management and multitasking ability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems
- Outstanding attention to detail
- High discretion and confidentiality
