Accounts Clerk (Remote | Philippines-Based)
Location: Work From Home – Open to candidates based in Makati, Metro Manila, and nearby Luzon areas
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM PHT

What You’ll Be Doing
As part of our Finance & Accounting team, you'll play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting day-to-day accounting operations. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Processing accounts payable and receivable transactions
  • Performing monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Preparing and posting journal entries; reconciling general ledger accounts
  • Supporting month-end closing and financial reporting activities
  • Ensuring records are well-organized and audit-ready
  • Coordinating with external accountants for year-end processes
  • Providing administrative support for finance-related tasks as needed
What You’ll Bring
 
Must-Have Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of experience in general accounting or bookkeeping
  • Proficiency with accounting software (any platform)
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and digital tool fluency
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-motivated and reliable with the ability to meet deadlines independently
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication in English
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
  • Experience in remote work environments
  • Familiarity with multiple accounting systems
  • Prior collaboration with international teams or clients
