What You’ll Be Doing
Reporting directly to an Australia-based manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that all research outputs meet lender policy and serviceability requirements before being handed over to the Relationship Manager. You’ll be responsible for maintaining high standards of accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all documentation, helping ensure smooth and timely loan submissions.
Your core responsibilities will include:
  • Supporting the Lead Research Analyst with research, data entry, policy checks, and serviceability assessments.

  • Maintaining accurate and complete documentation in company systems such as Quickli and Process Street.

  • Running lender serviceability calculators, verifying calculations, and confirming policy fit.

  • Preparing product comparisons, pricing requests, and valuation requests.

  • Completing handover checklists and ensuring all documentation is 100% complete before submission.

  • Responding to Missing Information Requests (MIRs) and liaising with lenders as required.

  • Providing clear, professional communication to Relationship Managers and lenders.

  • Suggesting process improvements to enhance documentation accuracy and turnaround times.

What You’ll Bring
  • At least 2 years of experience in Australian lending, ideally with mortgage brokers.
  • Familiarity with Quickli, Process Street, and lender serviceability tools.
  • Experience using Excel-based calculators (PAYG, funds to complete).
  • Understanding of loan structures, mortgage documentation, and credit policies.
