Location: Hybrid - Accepting candidates from Bogota.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 3 PM COT 

Salary: 3M to 4M COP

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll partner closely with a supportive Recruitment Expert and our Global Recruitment Team Lead to deliver excellent hiring outcomes. You will:

  • Turn briefs into smart sourcing plans and present timely, high-quality shortlists.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist for both technical capability and values alignment adjusting tactics based on real-time market signals.
  • Run structured interviews and own the end-to-end process from first outreach through offer acceptance, keeping momentum without delays.
  • Champion a standout candidate experience with clear updates, thoughtful feedback, and consistent follow-through.
  • Keep our ATS audit-ready, documenting every touchpoint and status change for full team visibility.
  • Share pipeline insights highlighting wins, blockers, and talent trends to help the team hire faster and better.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years in recruitment/talent acquisition.
  • Sourcing mastery across job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean strings, and AI-powered tools.
  • Structured interviewing skills and a friendly, candidate-first communication style.
  • Excellent organization and follow-through in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment.
  • Comfort with any ATS and a strong documentation mindset accuracy matters.
  • Familiarity with the Colombian talent market and interest in community building/recruitment events.

Bonus Points For

  • In-house, RPO, or agency within Colombia; experience supporting global/Western markets is a plus
  • Experience with tools like Jobvite, Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, or similar ATS/CRMs.
  • Prior recruiting for global teams or across time zones.
  • Exposure to SLAs/KPIs (time-to-submit, time-to-fill) and stakeholder management with hiring teams.
