Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM COL
Salary: 3M COP- 5M COP (Based on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be part of the Finance Team, supporting our Financial Controller in Australia. Your key tasks will include:
You'll be part of the Internal Accounting team, supporting the transition and management of Filta Global Colombia's accounting operations. Your key tasks will include:
Managing payroll from start to finish in Colombia, including payroll taxes and benefits.
Performing general accounting tasks.
Assisting with Colombian client invoicing in the medium term, once payroll is understood.
Preparing and managing financial statements.
Collaborating on the transition of accounting functions from the current external entity
Working closely with supervisors to ensure accuracy and control of operations, including co-signing payments and invoices.
What You’ll Bring
Solid experience (minimum 5 years) in accounting, with a crucial focus on payroll administration in Colombia.
Ability to start working on payroll immediately without needing additional training.
Experience with the Colombian accounting software Helisa.
Knowledge of Colombian taxes, including IVA, payroll taxes, withholding tax (retención en la fuente), and ICA.
Bilingual proficiency (Spanish and English) for communication with the international team.
Bonus Points For
Experience in budgeting and cash forecasting.
Understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS/NIIF) and the ability to prepare financial statements in this format (though not mandatory).
Mindset of curiosity and a drive for efficiency through process optimization and potential adoption of Artificial Intelligence.
