What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be part of the Operations, HR, and Recruitment Team, supporting the delivery of high-performing, remote teams for our clients. Your key tasks will include:
- Acting as the main point of contact post-client signing, managing onboarding and recruitment processes
- Aligning recruitment strategies with long-term business goals and talent market trends
Providing expert guidance on employment law, cultural integration, and remote management best practices - Collaborating with recruiters to shape effective role briefs and assess candidate fit
- Identifying and resolving blockers to maintain recruitment momentum
- Building strong, trust-based relationships that drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in client management, recruitment, HR, or operations
- Deep understanding of Colombian labor law and work culture
- Experience managing multiple client accounts in dynamic, cross-functional environments
- Strong consultative skills and the ability to influence hiring and workforce decisions
Bonus Points For
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and cultural context
- Background as an HR Business Partner or in senior-level recruitment roles
