They are now looking for a Workforce and Recruitment Expert to join their growing remote team in Colombia.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be part of the Operations, HR, and Recruitment Team, supporting the delivery of high-performing, remote teams for our clients. Your key tasks will include:

  • Acting as the main point of contact post-client signing, managing onboarding and recruitment processes
  • Aligning recruitment strategies with long-term business goals and talent market trends
    Providing expert guidance on employment law, cultural integration, and remote management best practices
  • Collaborating with recruiters to shape effective role briefs and assess candidate fit
  • Identifying and resolving blockers to maintain recruitment momentum
  • Building strong, trust-based relationships that drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in client management, recruitment, HR, or operations
  • Deep understanding of Colombian labor law and work culture
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts in dynamic, cross-functional environments
  • Strong consultative skills and the ability to influence hiring and workforce decisions

Bonus Points For

  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and cultural context
  • Background as an HR Business Partner or in senior-level recruitment roles
