Location: Metro Manila, Philippines (Must be based in Manila or nearby cities)
Working Arrangement: Hybrid - will be reporting to the Makati office as needed. The number of onsite days is negotiable.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PHT
Salary: PHP 65,000 - 80,000 (depending on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing

As the Compensation and Benefits Lead, you will ensure the smooth delivery of payroll, benefits, and compliance functions while leading and mentoring a team. This is a critical leadership role that supports operational excellence, vendor management, and process innovation. You will:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure timely, accurate disbursements
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including government-mandated and HMO benefits
  • Review and validate timekeeping and attendance for employees across FiltaPH and supplier partners
  • Conduct regular vendor check-ins, monitor SLAs, and drive improvements in service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and statutory reporting requirements
  • Supervise and coach subordinates to build skills and strengthen team performance
  • Collaborate with the EOR Manager and cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, IT) to align initiatives
  • Maintain proactive communication with employees and clients, ensuring clarity and transparency
Must-Have Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an HR Operations Lead, Payroll Lead, or Compensation and Benefits Lead
  • Over 3 years of strong experience in Sprout is a MUST. The successful candidate must be a Sprout Expert (Payroll Champion).
  • HRIS (Human Resources Information System) proficiency.
  • In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws, statutory compliance, and payroll/benefits processes
  • Strong track record in managing payroll, vendor relationships, and process improvements
  • Excellent communication skills (English, written and verbal) and high attention to detail
  • Leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop a team
  • A demonstrated history of implementing initiatives that have improved business processes.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Project management experience in HR operations or automation initiatives
  • Experience working in outsourcing, shared services, or global HR environments
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to map and optimize HR processes
  • Exposure to employee engagement or client relationship management initiatives
