Strategic Planning & Roadmapping: Conducting full structural assessments of endpoints, tooling, and security infrastructure to deliver and execute a rolling 12-month IT roadmap.
Risk & Compliance Management: Establishing a live risk register and maintaining robust IT controls to actively support the company’s ISO 27001 certification and compliance standards.
Global Operations & Service Quality: Overseeing multi-site hardware lifecycles, endpoint configurations, and Level 1/Level 2 helpdesk service delivery across multiple time zones.
Team Leadership & Mentorship: Coaching, managing, and developing IT team members to establish clear service standards built on an exceptional user-focused ethic.
Infrastructure Design: Designing and implementing physical IT environments for office expansions, ensuring consistent network setup, access control, and hardware standards.
Leadership Experience: 5+ years of total experience in IT, with at least 2 years in a management or senior lead role directly managing technical staff.
Strategic Execution: Proven track record of independently building, presenting, and executing comprehensive technology roadmaps.
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace administration.
Operations & Risk Management: Solid background in helpdesk operations (SLA design, ticketing tracking) alongside a working knowledge of IT security frameworks and risk analysis practices.
Global/Multi-Site Exposure: Prior experience supporting a multi-site or multi-country technology ecosystem.
Core Attributes: Exceptional, jargon-free communication skills capable of summarizing technical risk into clear business context for executive stakeholders.
Formal certifications or advanced knowledge in the ITIL framework.
Direct hands-on experience navigating an external ISO 27001 or SOC 2 audit process.
Experience negotiating hardware procurement contracts and conducting commercial vendor evaluations.
