They’re now looking for a Merchandise Assistant from the Philippines who will be a vital part of their growing team. In this role, you’ll help streamline stock management, strengthen supplier relationships, and keep retail and ecommerce operations running smoothly all while making a meaningful impact on the business and its customers.

What You’ll Be Doing
As the Merchandise Assistant, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring smooth and efficient merchandise operations across both retail and online channels. Your expertise in Shopify, Excel, and retail systems will help maintain stock accuracy, support timely replenishments, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience to customers.
Key responsibilities include:
● Manage merchandise administration, including POs, SKUs, barcoding, pricing, and allocations
● Build and nurture strong supplier relationships while coordinating replenishments and inter-store transfers
● Ensure stock accuracy through stocktakes, variance reporting, and adjustments
● Prepare and maintain sales reports, WIP listings, and forecasting spreadsheets
● Support merchandise planning and, where applicable, manage listings on third-party marketplaces (Amazon, eBay)
● Collaborate with teams to respond to store requests and communicate stock movement updates
What You’ll Bring
● At least 5 years of experience in a comparable retail business (across both stores and ecommerce)
● Hands-on experience working with Shopify (preferred)
● Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
● A results-driven mindset with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
● High attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
