What You’ll Be Doing
Reporting directly to an Australia-based manager, as  Graphic Designer, You'll be part of the Marketing function, contributing to the visual identity and promotion of state-wide basketball programs, events, and communications. Your responsibilities include:
 
  • Develop engaging graphics for all digital channels, including social media, websites, and targeted digital advertising campaigns.
  • Create essential marketing collateral like event signage, promotional posters, flyers, and banners for both print and digital use.
  • Design professional presentation decks, reports, and internal/external documents.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring all assets maintain strict brand consistency and meet deadlines.
  • Contribute to the creative direction and ongoing evolution of the BQ visual brand.
  • Support affiliated associations by providing necessary branding templates and promotional design materials.
What You’ll Bring
To thrive in this role, you should possess strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a dedicated graphic design role.
  • Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Demonstrated experience designing for both digital and print platforms.
  • Strong understanding of designing for social media asset requirements and best practices.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and effectively follow creative direction and brand guidelines.
 
Bonus Points For:
  • Prior experience in the sports, events, or entertainment industry is desirable.
  • Strong skills and familiarity with Canva.
  • Experience in developing and executing full creative campaigns.
