Currently looking for a Senior Paid Media Strategist to take complete revenue ownership and drive the strategic direction of paid social across a portfolio of high-growth accounts.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will not be operating as an execution Media Buyer; you will own the media plans, budgets, and bottom-line outcomes. Your key tasks will include:

  • Managing the strategy, channel mix, and revenue performance for the assigned accounts.
  • Driving profitable growth by directly hitting client acquisition targets and optimizing contribution margins and blended MER.
  • Serving as the primary client-facing strategic voice, leading presentations, and building long-term trust with business owners.
  • Translating high-level brand objectives into precise briefs for media buyers and conducting bi-weekly performance audits to ensure quality.
  • Formulating and executing an always-on creative testing roadmap across your portfolio.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with search strategists, creative, and lifecycle teams to ensure paid social operates seamlessly as part of a larger ecosystem.
  • Acting as a senior mentor to help develop and upskill internal talent, including junior strategists.
What You’ll Bring
  • 4+ years of hands-on paid social strategy experience, heavily focused on scaling E-commerce businesses.
  • Deep, exhaustive expertise in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram), with a working knowledge of at least one other platform (TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn).
  • Complete understanding of e-commerce unit economics—blended ROAS, MER, aMER, CAC, and Contribution Margin. 
  • Elite client-facing presence with flawless written and verbal communication skills in English (C1/C2 level).
  • Agency Background: Demonstrated track record managing multiple client relationships and navigating competing priorities in an agency setting. 
  • A natural capability to lead, collaborate openly with peers, and mentor junior team members.
  • A strong knack for turning complex platform data into clear, actionable business narratives.
Bonus Points For
  • Working knowledge of Paid Search (Google Ads) to contribute effectively to cross-channel planning.
  • Prior experience with B2B lead generation campaigns and pipeline-based measurement.
  • Experience with advanced incrementality testing or attribution modeling beyond standard last-click platform reporting.
  • Active platform certifications (e.g., Meta Blueprint).
