Location: Work From Home- Philippines
Schedule: Monday to Friday,12:00 pm to 09:00 pm Philippines Time- Working during PH Holidays
Salary: 45.000 - 60.000 PHP per month (based on experience)

They’re now looking for Business Development & Administration Support to join their growing team in the UK.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Manage project documentation, ROI tracking, and case study creation
  • Design and produce branded assets, including stickers and marketing collateral
  • Coordinate email campaigns and exhibition logistics from planning through follow-up
  • Support sales operations: update pipeline, track deals in HubSpot, prepare meeting agendas, velocity reports, and sales notes
  • Handle administrative tasks: manage transport, accommodation, food, PPE, and stationery logistics
  • Organise staff events and coordinate with internal vendors (e.g., cleaning services)

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with precision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HubSpot is a must.
  • Strong attention to detail and remote work discipline
  • Creative instincts for visual content and campaign support
  • Clear written and verbal communication complemented by proactive problem‑solving
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
  • Experience with ROI analysis and case study development
  • Familiarity with exhibition planning or marketing campaign coordination
  • Basic design skills (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools)
  • Prior experience in sales operations or pipeline management
