Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM COL / 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM ET

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be part of the Strategy team, supporting creative strategy development and campaign success. Your key tasks will include:
- Researching and identifying influencers aligned with client goals
- Supporting proposal development with engaging presentations in Google Slides
- Generating creative ideas from global social media trends
- Crafting case studies and wrap reports with data-driven narratives
- Collaborating on edits, maintaining resource libraries, and refining presentations
- Staying ahead of social media and influencer marketing trends
- Growing into account support, data analysis, and advanced proposal projects
What You’ll Bring
- Strong knowledge of U.S. social media and influencer landscape
- Experience with influencer analysis, campaign operations, or marketing strategy
- Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal)
- Skilled in Google Workspace (Slides, Docs, Sheets)
- Familiarity with Slack and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com)
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Strong communication skills with confidence to share ideas
Bonus Points For
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365
- Prior agency or influencer marketing experience
- A natural eye for design and presentation aesthetics
