IT Service Delivery Lead, ( 21-4773)

The IT Service Delivery Lead I will have global responsibility for managing IT Client Service Delivery in the digital workplace, ensuring service model meets the needs of a dynamic, global workforce. Will monitor service levels across core technologies and drive continual service improvement, developing close relationships with customers, stakeholders, and service providers.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • IT Operations - Drive IT service strategy to meet and exceed customer requirements
  • Continual Service Improvement - Identify improvement opportunities and take lead on delivering solutions
  • Knowledge Management - Develop and maintain training and awareness content including knowledge base articles
  • Escalations - Be a focal point for IT service escalations, getting “hands on” where necessary
  • Analytics and Reporting - Develop and maintain incident and asset reports, preparing meaningful information for consumption of business leaders and partners
  • Communications - Draft and distribute IT communications to business teams, and contribute to team strategy
  • Remote Connectivity - Contribute to strategic planning and delivery of Mobile connectivity solutions
  • Relationships - Manage vendor relationships, drive meeting rhythm, provide feedback and ensure delivery of solutions based on observation and regular review of IT tickets and SLAs.
  • Voice of Customer - Develop and maintain customer feedback process
  • Desktop - Ensure core PC build and software aligns with business needs
  • Procurement - Manage the planning, procurement, inventory and implementation of desktop and laptop computers, devices, media equipment and peripherals
  • Cybersecurity - Protect computer assets and data, in collaboration with cybersecurity team
  • Own and execute projects as assigned by Manager
  • Travel may be required
  • May be assigned other duties to help proactively drive the FieldCore vision and align with our organization’s core values.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Extensive hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure and client services space
  • Experience in lead/ management role
  • Experience in enterprise active directory environments
  • Experience in deploying different connectivity devices for remote sites
  • English proficiency required

Desired Characteristics:

  • Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and processes
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow Incident, Change and Reporting
  • High level understanding of Server/Network/Telecom ecosystems
  • Demonstrated technical skills associated with identifying and resolving problems reported with desktop, laptop, and networked systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; Ability to communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner to both technical and nontechnical personnel
  • Ability to work autonomously, innovate, manage a large workload and deal with ambiguity
  • Ability to include others on initiatives and work constructively within a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical acumen, intellectual curiosity, creativity, a proven work ethic
  • Solid project management, planning /organizational skills in a matrix organization and at a regional level
  • Knowledge of technology trends and strategies
  • Possess an action-oriented work style; excellent judgement
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service
