Job Summary:

The Integration Developer II will design, develop, test and implement data flows between business applications and provides solutions for integrating data between operational systems. This person will also be involved in all phases of the life cycle implementation, including blueprinting, mapping, prototype, design, configuration, testing, go-live, user training and post production support. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop the applications architecture and blueprints on which functional and non-functional requirements (which reflect the business needs of the enterprise) can be met
  • Knowledge in SAP PI/PO/HCI suite to support Field Core’s system transformation
  • Develop and implement Integration and SOA solutions using SAP XI/PI/PO and SAP HCI (CPI)
  • Collaborate with functional owners to gather requirements and create integration technical designs
  • Develop best practices and design patterns for interfaces, rule engines, and middleware
  • Ability to work with diverse teams in a multiple stakeholder environment
  • Provide support to existing SAP implementation and develop incremental enhancements to existing functionality.
  • Collaborate with the other IT resources and business resources to develop specifications for system enhancements for continuous functional improvement.
  • Works under the guidance of SAP Architect while building complex objects which involves integration to external systems.
  • Document test plans and complete unit testing of developed objects.
  • Assists the SAP Architect in diagnosing issues, creating prototypes (as necessary)
  • Responsible for root cause analysis and providing solutions for production and development issues.
  • Develop and maintain appropriate documentation for architecture, design, implementation, and testing activities
  • Travel may be required

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
  • The candidate must have experience on SAP PI/PO 7.5 with Integration experience of 2-4 years.
  • At least three years of experience in integration design, development and support.
  • Some knowledge and experience on Cloud Platform Integration and SuccessFactors Integration required.
  • The candidate should have minimum 2 end to end SAP Implementation and 2 Support project experience. Hands on experience in development projects in developer and team lead role.
  • Experience with at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations.
  • At least 3 years of experience in SAP software development life cycle activities for both development and maintenance projects.
  • Should be Involved in Functional Design Walkthrough and creation of Technical Design Specifications. Must be able understand the requirements from High Level Documents.
  • The candidate should be well versed Enterprise Service Repository & Integration Directory objects.
  • Extensively worked on Designing and Configuration of SAP PI/PO which includes Integration Builder, Runtime Workbench, SLD setup & NWA.
  • Good experience in mapping Technologies like Java mapping, XSLT mapping, value mapping, ABAP mapping and creating UDF and Lookups.
  • Hands-on experience in IDOC, SFTP, File, SuccessFactors, REST, SOAP, JDBC, MAIL, ABAP Proxies and RFC adapters.
  • Experience in Transportation techniques File/CTS+ and SLD configuration.
  • English proficiency required – staff only

Desired Characteristics:

  • Working knowledge of web and mobile technologies; development, deployment and management of services-oriented architecture (SOA) such as Oracle Fusion Middleware and SAP PO and HCI.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to present and explain technical information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding is critical to this position.
  • Strong interpersonal skills at all levels of management and ability to lead and motivate employees/teams to apply skill and techniques to solve dynamic problems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with good judgment.
