Role Summary/Purpose

The IT Resource Lead II - Salesforce will be responsible for oversite and delivery of critical Salesforce projects and FieldCore global standards for resource management function globally. Will be focused on supporting key Field Services pillar systems, while providing functional IT leadership to ensure global and regional IT systems are supporting FieldCore needs and outcomes. This role will partner horizontally with various functions within FieldCore and GE Power to deliver impact projects within the Resource Management space. The lead will also ensure global application and process standards are implemented and adhered to by creation regional/global adoption metrics.

Essential Function

  • Contribute the growth of the FieldCore Salesforce Projects through thought-leadership, development of solution accelerators, reusable assets, and participation
  • Oversee the execution and program delivery of global FieldCore Field Services systems and analytics, while enabling FieldCore regions IT industrialization of resource management processes.
  • Develop and Drive FieldCore Salesforce application roadmaps and global process adoption across regions
  • Relentless focus on Field end user experience and simplification via Global FieldCore IT tools and business process automation
  • Drive global process & tool consistency globally, while accommodating regional differentiation for FieldCore competitive advantage
  • Provide global IT leadership to improve the FieldCore employee digital experience
  • Support regional innovation efforts to streamline and automate FieldCore operations
  • Focus on continuous improvement to drive automation, efficiency and reduce waste
  • Partner with global FieldCore and GE matrix teams bring innovation to the global level
  • Develop support models to maximize and leverage FieldCore capabilities
  • Ensure strong cross functional and business collaboration and communication
  • Provide leadership and requirements into FieldCore/GE system rollout, testing and training strategies
  • Support future FieldCore integration efforts
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (i.e., Business or Information Systems); or four years related experience in lieu of degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
  • 3+ years of Salesforce experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
  • 5+ years of industry/relevant experience
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, high standard of accuracy, an attention to detail, and excellent follow-up skills
  • Salesforce Admin Certification
  • Travel required
  • English proficiency required
