Job Summary:

The Talent Development and Culture Manager III will create and bring to life the strategic vision and direction for People and Culture capabilities at FieldCore. This role will operate as a subject matter expert and project portfolio manager for learning programs and initiatives that impact or are aligned to Talent Development and Culture. Will work closely with the HR leadership teams, centers of excellence, HR managers, consultants, and business partners to lead, monitor and/or consult on learning and leadership development initiatives of varying size, duration, and complexity. Will drive highly visible global HR programs with a focus on innovation and culture. The objective is to build an embedded Talent Development and Culture solution that reflects the unique employee value proposition at FieldCore, “Empowering People that Power the World”.  Responsible for stakeholder management this role will present findings and recommendations to gain alignment, affect change and drive the successful execution of learning and leadership development initiatives.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Partner with HR leadership to manage the processes and initiatives required to make the Talent Development and Culture strategy and vision for our unique workforce a reality
  • Own and execute the People Development Strategy for FieldCore, in partnership with the HR leadership and Talent Development and Culture team
  • Drive an employee learning strategy that is understood and endorsed by key stakeholders including executive leadership, employees, customers, and partners in order to foster a learning and high-performing culture
  • Oversee the development of training programs, facilitation of change management initiatives, and review of current development programs to ensure linkage to company goals.
  • Develops programs to build human capital and a strong employee development culture.
  • Partner with multiple affiliate companies and vendors to leverage, integrate, design and coordinate core learning offerings targeted to FieldCore’s talent needs
  • Provide strategic and operational support to leadership and business stakeholders in preparing and delivering core learning programs
  • Maintain the integrated roadmap for digital initiatives that power the Talent Development space
  • Manage programs and initiatives costs/resources to bring the most value and impact possible to employees
  • Partner with other HR Operations and functional teams to identify, prioritize and develop opportunities to further talent development and the employee experience
  • Maintain knowledge of world-class People Strategy practices by performing independent research, attending workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies
  • Develops training curriculum/materials, selects appropriate delivery mechanisms, delivers training, and monitors training effectiveness for the general workforce and for targeted areas
  • Distill and deliver regular updates on the progress of Talent Development and Culture initiatives to keep the HR Leadership team involved and up to date on all decisions, design and progress, while escalating where necessary
  • Conduct analysis, generate findings and provide recommendations to senior leadership to gain alignment, affect change and influence long term strategies
  • Collaborate with other teams to understand employee behaviors and identify unmet needs / opportunities in current experiences
  • Manage multiple initiatives/vendors at once, including project tasks, budget, and timeline
  • Facilitate key courses as needed/desired
  • Travel may be required
  • May be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our FieldCore vision and align with our organization’s core values.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field is required
  • 10+ years progressive experience and demonstrated success/knowledge in org. effectiveness, learning and culture strategy, development and delivery
  • 3+ years of specialized experience in training and curriculum design, program coordination and content development
  • English proficiency required
Desired Characteristics:
  • Graduate degree preferred in Organizational Development or Educational Sciences
  • Demonstrated knowledge of project management process: initiating, executing, monitoring/controlling, and closing
  • Strong executive communications and presentation skills
  • Ability to think strategically while delivering tactically in an evolving environment
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to implement processes and procedures
  • HR Certification preferred
