Job Summary:

The Communications Manager II role is responsible for creating, executing and measuring the effectiveness of external branding and messaging strategies and initiatives on our primary platforms, FieldCore.com, LinkedIn and Facebook. This role will also explore the possibility of expanding our presence to other external platforms. You may be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our FieldCore vision and align with our organization’s core values.

This position plays a key role in our external branding efforts to build and enhance the FieldCore brand with several audiences, including: existing and potential FieldCore employees, existing and potential FieldCore customers and others.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute external branding strategies through existing and potential new channels, including social media, the Internet, trade shows and others.
  • Gather and analyze metrics on our effectiveness and develop strategies to increase our effectiveness.
  • Work closely with the Global Communications Leader to develop and be prepared to execute on crisis and other critical external communications.
  • Analyze market trends and recommend changes based on analysis and feedback.
  • Ensure brand messages are consistent across all audiences and platforms to include but not limited to; customer, employee and recruitment messaging.
  • Work closely with the entire Communications team to develop content, coordinate timing of release and ensure consistency of message internally and externally.
  • Drive web optimization initiatives through IT team and third parties to including imaging, analytics and connectivity
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Travel may be required
  • Ability and willingness to work holidays, weekends and overtime as required by field assignments – Field
  • English proficiency required

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • 8+ years experience in Marketing or Sales management
  • 3+ years of specialized/industry experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Business, or related discipline
  • Will consider formal experience and certifications in lieu of degree requirements
