Role Summary/Purpose

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support recruiters, hiring managers and human resources managers to fulfill FieldCore hiring needs. Will source, interview and maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the end to end hiring process.

Essential Function

  • Source and interview candidates to present to recruiters and hiring leaders.
  • Maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools in real-time.
  • Support positive internal and external applicant experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Support recruiters and hiring leaders to organize and maintain effective strategies to source and assess internal and external talent.
  • Assist hiring managers to understand and prioritize job opening requirements, and drive talent acquisition initiatives according to the needs of the business.
  • Meet service level agreements expectations set by the business to ensure seamless candidate experience and ease of hire for hiring managers and HR managers.
  • Provide recruiters and hiring managers with accurate and timely update on applicant activity.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on FieldCore’s recruitment processes and tools including: applicant tracking system, candidate relationship management system, hiring process and policies
  • Creating and posting requisitions, reviewing resumes, candidate phone interviews, offer letter generation and candidate tracking and dispositioning within the applicant tracking system.
  • Perform other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience working in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources
