Job Summary:

Resource Management Professional works closely together with other team-members of Resource Manager and Service Manager supporting the business to ensure continuity of the processes around administration of the Craft, TFA and hourly paid field teams. This team key to ensuring the teams are suitably qualified to support the business and customers whilst also ensuring that on site teams are adequately supported.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support the Resource management team for all administrative, logistic and organizational tasks related to the assignment of our FS staff
  • Assist the teams and bring new ideas into the business to increase efficiency and develop tools to ensure process improvements ensuring that the back-room activities are completed and that any issues are raised to drive timely resolution to challenges
  • Support the Resource managers with short term and long-term plans
  • Ensure certification completeness and assist in certification forecasting
  • Ensure access formalities are done on time
  • Assist with coordinating technical training within the teams
  • Tie into Immigration and Tax Teams, ensuring 100% compliance with visa and work permit needs
  • Ensure TFA / Craft timesheets and expenses are managed through the integration process
  • Support the regional Training department to coordinate sourcing and logistical requirements for training events
  • Travel may be required
  • Ability and willingness to work holidays, weekends and overtime as required by field assignments
  • You may be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our FieldCore vision and align with our organization’s core values

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in administrative capacity, training delivery and/or resource
  • Strong administrative, organizational and research skills required
  • English proficiency required

  • Microsoft Office Skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access (user)
  • Proven ability to drive results, in a matrix organization
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with high degree of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong written and oral abilities in English and local language
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Communication in other languages are an advantage
  • Ability to work in a remote international team
  • Ability to work independently
