Role Summary/Purpose

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the regional talent acquisition team to partner in delivery of best-in-class recruiting across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. By partnering with the Global Talent Acquisition Director and other team members, the Talent Acquisition Manager will improve the talent acquisition process, metrics and brand in the region while acting as a lead for the regional business leaders including ensuring delivery of all projects whether volume or niche.

Essential Function

  • Liaise with Global COE for talent acquisition and deploy global programs, process and projects across two regions.
  • Through deep understanding FieldCore’s core business goals and strategy, work with Talent Acquisition Director to set and drive regional recruitment strategy
  • Build and develop cohesive partnerships with business leaders, partner in workforce planning and fulfil in line with business needs_
  • Focus on attracting and hiring the best talent available.
  • Build and maintain a strong relationship with stakeholders and candidate pipelines
  • Act as prime point of contact for all ongoing team activity within the region
  • Develop and maintain a forward-looking view of the needs of the region and manage the talent acquisition plan to deliver
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive view of the talent market including a total view of the competitive landscape for the region
  • Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition Team and ensure their personal development and professional delivery
  • Develop a close working relationship with other members of the HR team to deliver continuous improvement to the long-term people concerning
  • Benchmark and strategize with global TA leaders to ensure global OneTA is successful
  • Perform recruitment and sourcing for specific requisitions in region
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • HR professional with 6 to 8 years’ hands on Talent Acquisition Program management and applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
  • 3+ years managing and developing employees
  • 3+ years of specialized/industry experience
  • Subject matter expert in recruitment internet data mining, professional networking, candidate generation and sourcing
