Job Summary:

As a FieldCore intern you will partner with the cross functional teams to build and execute world-class projects, programs and solutions. You will provide full service support in the areas of building business/market cases for novel solutions with consideration for the growth of our company and ever-changing market dynamics.

We are looking for a great Tooling Business Process Trainer with an interest in business operations who is enthusiastic about tooling facility operations, applied theories knowledge, skills, experience to work environment ; picking up hard skill and brushing up soft  skills. They should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment, and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of the internship position. You may be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our FieldCore vision and align with our organization’s core values.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support with Metric & Standard of Tooling and assist with strategic tooling duties
  • Develop/implement reports to track Tooling performance (i.e. Dashboard, performance analysis).
  • Support and assist Tooling Team of working on SDR`S, WF, ETM; tracking, tracing and getting jobs set up with tooling.
  • Support the Regional Tooling Facility Leader to develop the End To End Process/Role and Responsibility of Order to Cash. (OTC)
  • Support with Tooling Manager, Tooling Supervisor, Tooling Coordinator, Logistics on the Root Cause Analysis for NCR related to Tooling
  • Work with Tooling Team to address the day-to-day operational issue related Order to Cash (OTC)
  • Follow up on Projects related to Safety, Quality, OTD and cost) ( i.e Ariba Order to Invoice Improvement ; Tooling Demand Catalog,  Compliance)
  • Helping Tooling Team to follow up with the logistic team regarding the shipment of the tools and support with low value Sourcing purchase
  • Create the procurement request in the procurement system, work and coordinate with the Sourcing team to select the adequate supplier’s and coordinate the delivery of the good to the tool center.
  • Understand and comply with FieldCore work hours, policy and procedures
  • Complete assigned trainings

  • Travel may be required

Required Qualifications & Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economy, Mathematic, Supply Chain or similar related area, or equivalent
  • English proficiency required
  • Good analytical skills and structured
  • Have a process logic skill set
  • Ability to work on multiple projects in the same time
  • Preferable knowledge and interest of digitalization of Sourcing Management
