Job Summary:

The FP&A operations analyst will provide leadership and financial guidance to the global field services in meeting short-term and long-term financial and operational goals within FieldCore. You may be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our FieldCore vision and align with our organization’s core values.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the annual calculation and manage the quarterly pacing for the Global Labor & Overhead rate for FieldCore.
  • Own the labor rate dashboard, which includes publishing pacing quarterly as well as identifying sensitivities to our rate structures
  • Manage blueprint discussions, operating plans, operating reviews/updates (Income Statement and Balance Sheet) for Field Services globally
  • Lead calculation, analysis, and reporting of total field services financial metrics, including cost, utilization, and productivity, coordinating with regional teams across multiple GE businesses supported by FieldCore
  • Highlight key business performance drivers throughout the year; linking with operations to identify & mitigate risks while capitalizing on opportunities
  • Lead financial projects including but not limited to restructuring and reorganization initiatives as needed
  • Lead efforts working with the Financial systems teams to build reports that are critical to business operations
  • Support all field services initiatives around integration of GE Power Services and Granite Services
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Travel may be required
  • English proficiency required

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business or Finance
  • 5+ years’ experience in corporate finance budgeting and forecasting
  • Advanced English level
