ERP Lead II (FieldCore Service Inc.; Atlanta, GA) Responsible for the design, development, testing and support of SAP ERP based solutions for Tooling (ETM) and Sourcing (MM). Work with the Tooling and Sourcing end users to understand their business priorities and issues and build a roadmap for the implementation of new functionalities. Act as the solution architect for the ETM and MM modules, work with subject matter experts to define processes and high-level requirements, and then translate these into automated solutions using existing functionalities. Design new capabilities and functionalities by following FieldCore’s/GE’s implementation methodology and standards, including creating and communicating the functional and technical design documentation. Work with other functional and technical team members to complete the configuration and development of the new capabilities and functionalities according to the design documentation. Prepare and conduct system and unit testing to ensure all new capabilities function properly according to specifications with documented test results. Prepare and deliver end user training, including refresher/remedial training to address situations where existing system functionality is not being used optimally. Execute production release/cutover activities such as code migrations and data conversions as necessary to support project timelines and operations schedules. Work with internal and external support and technical team members to resolve system-related issues. Serve as the liaison between the FieldCore business teams and the GE IT teams and ensure that the impact to FieldCore of all functional changes, updates and outages are considered and communicated for GE owned applications. 40% telecommuting permitted.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week


Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Business Administration, or related, and three (3) years of experience in SAP ERP implementation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Business Administration, or related, and five (5) years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate experience in SAP ERP implementation.
Must have two years of experience in each of the following:
•   Participating in full lifecycle SAP ERP implementation projects;
•   Acting as a Solution Architect and designing cross-module solutions with SAP ERP;
•   Developing SAP enhancements and custom functionalities;
•   Designing and implementing interfaces for SAP ERP (IDOC/ALE, BAPIs, Web Services); 
•   Providing SAP production support;
•   Collaborating with global businesses and with off-shore development and support teams;
•   SAP ERP modules (FI/CO, PS, SD) and integration to ETM and MM;
•   Configuration experience in SAP ETM and/or SAP MM; and
•   IT development and implementation methodologies including Agile, SDLC.
Up to 10% travel required. 40% telecommuting permitted.
