Job Summary:

The Field Service ISS Document Controller will own the ISS Document Management tasks for a specified population of Field Employees. The Document Controller will work with different stakeholders and functions to lead & coordinate the ISS Document Control process for the team that they cover. The Document Controller may need to be flexible to balance workloads of the wider Document Controller team to support business continuity in Region.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and Control ISS Documents: Country Requirement:
    • Understand requirements for applying for & obtaining ISS Documents (A1s)
    • Gather documents in support of A1 application process in collaboration with HR, EHS, Finance & Field Employees
    • Apply for A1s using the relevant local authority process
    • Collect & manage ISS & A1 Documents in collaboration with Document Control Team
    • Manage A1 renewal process in a timely fashion
  • Manage and Control Documents: Outage Requirement:
    • Work with outage Document Control team to deliver ISS & A1 Documents as required
    • Escalate issues to internal & external stakeholders
    • Manage delivery expectations & requirements with local authority
    • Highlight & chase -down missing ISS or A1 documentation
    • Create or use secure folders for document distribution
    • Work with contractor agencies to obtain ISS or A1 documents
  • Assist HR with New Hire Onboarding (ISS Document collection or application)
  • Become technically competent in ISS regulations developing an awareness of ISS domestic regulations of other countries globally.
  • Collaborate with the Immigration Team if required to support with ISS related documents
  • Maintain, develop, and report out metrics related to ISS document management and submission to identify areas for improvement as well as confirmation that the management of the systems, processes and people is fit for purpose.
  • Travel may be required
  • May be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our FieldCore Global Field Services vision and align with short-term and long-term organizational goals and core values.

 Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but other directly related experience will be considered
  • 3+ years relevant work experience in a complex, multi-national customer service or project management environment
  • 2+ years of specialized/industry experience
