Job Summary
The Documents Tracking Controller III will collect, analyze and process employees unrestricted documentation from multiple sources and systems and consolidate them for the organization of outages activities. The Documents Tracking Controller III will collaborate with managers, EHS Departments, HR Departments, supervisors, and site personnel as applicable to ensure accurate data is provided in a timely manner. You may be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our FieldCore vision and align with our organization’s core values.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Collect all data, ensure accuracy, and process through appropriate systems
- Obtain information from EHS Depts, HR depts., managers, supervisors, and site personnel as applicable le and load the data in to systems of record
- Monitor systems of record to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Work with employees on collection of missing or expired documentation
- Liaise with the Training team on accomplishment of trainings in terms of credits to be provided into the Learning Management system or certifications fulfillment provided by external vendors.
- Track the completion of E-Learning EHS & Bolting training courses
- Work proactively with HR Depts during the on boarding process of new Employees
- Work proactively with HR Depts on the A1 requests within Europe
- Work proactively with managers to ensure data is provided on time and in accordance with scheduled deadlines
- Run scheduled and ad hoc reports as required for functional and/or operational teams
- Obtain required daily documentation/confirmation of work performed as applicable
- Analyze pre-requisites of each Country/Outage assigned making sure that with rest of Documents Tracking controllers are informed on Legislative and EHS documentation required to fulfill customers’ needs
- Support supervisors/managers with employee readiness for sites by following checklists and processes
- Travel may be required
- English proficiency required
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years applicable experience
- Experience with web-based programs

- Microsoft Office Skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access (use – not programming)
- Ability to multi-task, detail-oriented and organized, with high degree of attention to detail and accuracy
