As part of the Gas Power One Field Services team, FieldCore installs, maintains, and upgrades power generation equipment, enabling operators of the world’s energy infrastructure to provide more reliable and affordable energy.
Job Summary:
The Generative AI Process Manager III drives enterprise-wide business transformation, advancing generative AI (GenAI) capabilities across the One Field Services (OFS) organization. Sets strategic direction and shape the GenAI agenda in close partnership with IT/Digital Transformation (DT) teams, service leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders—translating complex operational challenges into AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable, customer-centric outcomes at scale.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
· AI Data Readiness Strategy: Define and own the AI data readiness strategy for the Services domain, establishing standards for data quality, accessibility, lineage, and governance that enable scalable and trustworthy GenAI deployments across OFS operations
· Knowledge Graph & Ontology Ownership: Serve as functional owner of the Services domain Knowledge Graph and Ontology frameworks, driving development, maintenance, and continuous enrichment to improve AI model accuracy, enterprise knowledge discoverability, and cross-functional data interoperability
· AI Champions Network Owner: Cultivate an AI Champions network across the OFS organization and broader Services. Coordinate with GenAI Process Managers on training content and engagement
· Opportunity Identification, Roadmapping, and Prioritization: Partner with OFS stakeholders to pinpoint top GenAI use cases and develop a phased roadmap from pilots to full-scale deployments. Provide guidance to GenAI Process Managers on prioritization of use cases
· Solution Design & Prototyping: Lead requirements gathering processes and solution CTQs to develop fast ‘proof of concepts’ to demonstrate value propositions. Ensure AI team solutions are documented for capability re-ruse
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the liaison translating business needs into technical specs while ensuring data governance and security compliance. Provide team leadership to GenAI Process Managers as required
· Change Management & Training: Create and deliver targeted workshops and materials, then gather feedback and metrics to drive continuous adoption improvements. Maintain program level change management plan for AI use cases and strategic programs
· Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Define key success metrics, reporting dashboards, and present insights to senior leaders to guide scale-up or strategic pivots
· Partner with the Data Analytics team to review metrics needed to drive process optimization
· Contribute to standardization, solutions and optimization of operations processes
· Execute region and function specific programs
· Travel may be required

Required Qualifications & Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline
· 10+ years of leadership level experience in a global/complex environment, including 5+ years of OFS or similar industrial field services process knowledge
· 4+ years of experience of specialized/industry experience
· English proficiency required
Desired Characteristics:
· Past experience with python or GenAI techniques and tools
· Experience with Field Service outage planning processes-familiar with resource, tooling, sourcing, training processes
· Knowledge of Services products, processes, customer requirements and budgeting / financial processes
· Strong ERP, Salesforce, ETM, ServiceMax, and Event Vision systems experience
· Demonstrated project management experience across a matrixed organization
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
· Strong organizational skills
· Change agent with strong credibility and influence in the organization
· Demonstrated commitment for process improvement
· Six Sigma Green/ Black belt certification or equivalent quality certification
