As part of the Gas Power One Field Services team, FieldCore installs, maintains, and upgrades power generation equipment, enabling operators of the world’s energy infrastructure to provide more reliable and affordable energy. 

Job Summary:

The Field Operation Process Manager is responsible for supporting the Field Operations organization to identify the business gaps and risks in current field process and then support with the design and implementation of the right solutions and training. Supports the integration and development of processes that meet resource needs across the segment and contribute to the overall business strategy.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple segments and/or workstreams within Field Operations, driving strategic initiatives and overall process performance
  • Report key KPIs, define performance targets, and design programs to consistently improve operational and event metrics
  • Contribute to standardization, innovation, and optimization of field and event management processes, ensuring alignment and organizational objectives
  • Support and guide the execution of region-specific programs
  • Collaborate with functions ensuring seamless execution of processes, programs at initiatives at scale
  • Manage issues, risks, and decision logs including management of issues through resolution
  • Identify strategic gaps in event and field process and address those gaps with realistic solutions
  • Partner with the Data Analytics team to review metrics needed to drive process optimization
  • Partner with the Field Automation and Value Stream team to enhance and automate processes as appropriate
  • Participate with region leadership to champion new processes; enable adoption, and build organizational capability through training and communication
  • Travel may be required
  • May be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our FieldCore vision and align with our organization’s core values.

 

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or related discipline
  • 5+ years of leadership level experience in a global/complex environment
  • 2+ years of experience of specialized/industry experience
  • English proficiency required

Desired Characteristics:

  • Master’s degree Preferred
  • Experience in power generation or technical industry can be substituted for degree and/or project management experience
  • Ability to work under stressful circumstances with multiple deadlines and sometimes conflicting priorities and deadlines
  • Strong ability to build effective working relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to work on a global environment at different levels with multiple business units
