As part of the Gas Power One Field Services team, FieldCore installs, maintains and upgrades power generation equipment, enabling operators of the world’s energy infrastructure to provide more reliable and affordable energy.

Job Summary

The Operations Analyst I supports projects and business processes to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of project execution. Collects and analyzes data to make project improvement recommendations. Acts as a tactical change management agent to improve internal and on-site operations support processes. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Use databases and reporting tools to collect and analyze data to evaluate project trends improvement opportunities
  • Work with management to define and create action plans to resolve process gaps
  • Support region KPIs around (SQDC) with leader standard work on daily rhythms and tracking
  • Support ramp up of live outage planning and performance tracking
  • Support region ops team and sub-region directors with daily operations
  • Support region special projects and transitions
  • Conduct data analysis to maintain the integrity of business systems
  • Support SMs on JIS, proposals and billing issues and resolution
  • Maintain Quote System and job files
  • Work closely with functional departments to identify and drive process improvements
  • Support development and execution of segment business events
  • May be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our FieldCore vision and align with our organization’s core values
  • Travel may be required

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • English proficiency required

Compensation and Benefits:
The annual salary range for this position is 59,000 to 88,400.  This is an exempt from overtime position.  FieldCore benefits include insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability, and life), retirement savings, health and Wellness reimbursement, and a bonus or incentive program.  Eligibility for FieldCore benefits is determined under the terms of the applicable benefits plan.
