IT Field Services Analyst, ( 21-5709)
Description
- Support the execution of requirements for the development of field service IT tools and applications
- Partner with stakeholders to facilitate the development of new Field Service tools and applications
- Support new Field IT Innovations (Merged/virtual reality, visual management dashboards, etc) to FieldCore regions.
- Support regional innovation efforts to streamline and automate Fieldcore operations i.e. implementation of new Field Service IT tools, applications, and best practices within their respective region(s), including regional strategy, deployment, communication, training, and post go live support.
- Facilitate the implementation of new Field Service tools, applications, and best practices
- Participate in and coordinate FC’s involvement in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User
- Support the resolution of technical issues identified by FC field employees
- Focus on continuous improvement process between FC field employees and GE software developers
- Provide, track, and maintain Key Performance Indicators for the Service Excellence team
- Travel may be required
- May be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our FieldCore vision and align with our organization’s core values
- Certificate program in relevant field or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience with digital programs and/or applications
- English proficiency required
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (i.e. Business or Information Systems/Computer Science)
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent customer, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Independent and team player with enthusiasm
- Ability to complete multiple projects within time constraints
- Strong organizational skills
