Let’s Talk about the Role
 
As the Payroll Coordinator, under direct supervision, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks relating to the payment of employees’ salaries and wages. These tasks include collecting, entering, and maintaining accurate record of employee’s variable pay, earnings and payouts. You will work in conjunction with the rest of the department to provide timely payments and maintain accurate records across local and international payrolls.
 
 
How you will make the difference:
 
  • Support one or more noncomplex country payrolls.
  • Review and validate variable pay data before sending through to our payroll partner.
  • Review payroll registers (e.g. earnings, deductions, taxes, ER cost) for accuracy and completeness before payroll salary disbursements are approved.
  • Respects the agreed payroll calendar
  • Manage the cash advance process and ensure advances are recovered through payroll.
  • Collects and centralizes all payroll calculation supporting information ex. bonuses, deductions.
  • Manage multiple reports and provide to management as needed.
  • Respond to some internal and external inquiries as assigned in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding employee pay records and documents.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
 
You will be a Finance Coordinator with:
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, time management and organizational skills
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem solving and creative thought processing skills
  • Ability to multi-task, coordinate, and plan
  • Strong analytical aptitude with high attention to detail
  • Fluent in English
 
A formal education or subsequent University Bachelor in Finance or business-related field are nice to have, but we are more interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
