Job Summary:
The IT Field Services Analyst will be responsible for the management and implementation of FieldCore’s Field Service digital programs for multiple countries or region(s). Will work cross-functionally within GE and/or FieldCore to define requirements of field service software tools, coordinate deployment of devices, software, and training. Will ensure a feedback loop exists for continuous improvement from the field employee to the software developers and training department. Will identify, pilot, and industrialize new Field Innovations to drive automation and productivity. Will collaborate across the globe within FieldCore regions and other FieldCore functions such as EHS, Quality, Resource Operations, and regional GE Field Service Excellence Leaders.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Support the execution of requirements for the development of field service IT tools and applications
  • Partner with stakeholders to facilitate the development of new Field Service tools and applications
  • Support new Field IT Innovations (Merged/virtual reality, visual management dashboards, etc) to FieldCore regions.
  • Support regional innovation efforts to streamline and automate Fieldcore operations i.e. implementation of new Field Service IT tools, applications, and best practices within their respective region(s), including regional strategy, deployment, communication, training, and post go live support.
  • Facilitate the implementation of new Field Service tools, applications, and best practices
  • Participate in and coordinate FC’s involvement in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User
Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Support the resolution of technical issues identified by FC field employees
  • Focus on continuous improvement process between FC field employees and GE software developers
  • Provide, track, and maintain Key Performance Indicators for the Service Excellence team
  • Travel may be required
  • May be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our FieldCore vision and align with our organization’s core values
Required Qualifications & Experience:
  • Certificate program in relevant field or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience with digital programs and/or applications
  • English proficiency required
