Job Summary
The People Operations Lead is specifically responsible for coordinating and managing the Regional People Operations Team within the HR Shared Services function. Resolves escalated issues and ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Continuously reviews current HR Operations processes for opportunities to standardize, simplify, and drive operational excellence. Is instrumental in progressing the HR Shared services model across the region by collaborating and receiving feedback from Employees, Managers, Leaders, and the HR Function on enhancements to processes and technology solutions.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise Regional People Operations Team
- Assist with training and development of employees
- Perform/assist with regional processes like contract review board process, audits, merit cycle etc.
- Assist with the testing and implementation of technology/project releases
- Analyze People Operations metrics and make recommendations for improvement
- Review and implement processes and procedures across Europe to drive simplification and improve efficiency and productivity
- Assist with People Operations communications and trainings
- Perform country HR processes when required
- May be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our FieldCore vision and align with our organization’s core values
- Travel may be required
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in an HR professional role or similar role
- English proficiency
- Country level led HR support
- Ability to address client concerns while also maintaining adherence to standards
Desired Characteristics:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field, or equivalent
- HR experience in construction/maintenance variable manpower
- Multiple languages
- Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
- Lean mindset, focused on establishing clear procedures and documenting standards of work
- Solid project and time management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, adapt and implement change agility programs
- Previous Experience in an HR Shared Services organization or using an HR ticketing system like ServiceNow HR Service Delivery
