Job Summary:   

The Tooling Stockroom Associate I will be responsible for receiving restock lists throughout the warehouse and fulfilling tool requests from Tooling Associates. Responsible for notifying stockroom specialist for tools low on inventory. This position is introductory level; most new hires with little experience on the FC Products will start in this level and participate in on-the-job training.  

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:  

  • Maintain housekeeping of stockroom to meet safety standards and follow all safety guidelines
  • Work with oversight to fulfill tool restock requests
  • Assist Stockroom Specialist to ensure stockroom shelves and bins are properly stocked with tools
  • Unload and unpack new tools from vendors upon arrival and organize stockroom shelves
  • Assist with inventory and QA inspections of assigned kits in a timely manner
  • Ensure stockroom shelves and bins are properly stocked with tools
  • Complete required, annual safety training
  • Timely and accurate processing of restock orders via tooling systems
  • Strong team player attitude; maintain flexibility within the changing business priorities
  • Ability and willingness to work holidays, weekends and overtime as required by field assignments
  • Travel may be required
  • May be assigned other duties to help proactively drive our FieldCore vision and align with our organization’s core values.

Required Qualifications & Experience:  

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 0-2 years of experience in tool handling or a warehouse environment
  • Basic computer knowledge, including (but not limited to): writing, modifying, and editing text using work processing applications; creating and formatting simple spreadsheets, creating basic presentations; forwarding and cc emails; searching, assessing search, and downloading information from the internet
  • Excellent customer, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities/tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure, in a fast-paced environment
  • English Proficiency Required

Desired Characteristics:  

  • Bachelor’s Degree

Physical Requirements (EU Excluded)  

  • Must be able to see and move throughout warehouse to resolve work problems and facilitate processes; repetitive motion activities may be involved.
  • Frequent walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and squatting.
  • Ability and willingness to handle repetitive weight up to 40 lbs.
Compensation and Benefits: 

The hourly wage range for this position is $15.72 to $25.91.  Employees may be eligible for overtime.  FieldCore benefits include insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability, and life), retirement savings, health and Wellness reimbursement, and a bonus or incentive program.  Eligibility for FieldCore benefits is determined under the terms of the applicable benefits plan.
