We are expanding our world-class team of Microsoft business applications professionals, and we are looking for an experienced Platform Solutions Sales Leader who wants to be a principal player in accelerating our growth to the next level.

As a Platform Solutions Sales Leader, you’ll be responsible and rewarded for building, expanding, and capitalizing on strategic opportunities across our target government and financial services markets to accelerate pipeline growth and achieve sales success. You will be expected to develop and leverage a comprehensive understanding of our platform SaaS products, accelerators, and solutions to expand our business and develop new clients.

About Your Role:

§  Devise and execute sales strategies and tactics that result in exceeding sales goals and accelerating the growth of our business. Present and evangelize our solution offerings and capabilities to prospective clients, partners, and across FI’s account leader team.

§  Collaborate and coordinate resources throughout the sales cycle, including product development, marketing, consulting, and technology resources.

§  Drive the sales process from initial identification through closure and “own” the sale. This includes:

o    Generating and qualifying leads and growing a strong pipeline using a combination of networking, cold calling/emailing, customer relationships, partner relationships, and leverage of our third-party lead generation resources.

o    Articulate a compelling and differentiating value proposition to the client, that aligns with their business imperatives. Shape opportunities through active listening, creative solutioning, and adaptive pivoting to position us to capture deals.

o    Leverage SMEs and product experts to lead personalized demos and develop proof of concept solutions for key prospects. Combine these resources with your own persuasive communication skills to deliver RFI responses that influence and RFP responses that win.

o    Closing deals that provide high value to our clients.

§  Identify and understand industry trends, competition, and emerging capabilities to help us position against competitors.

§  Participate and engage directly in market-facing activities (e.g., trade associations, boards, conferences, and other client-facing activities) and provide feedback and insights to help refine solutions and messaging.

About You (Requirements):

1.      You have achieved:

§  A highly successful, 5+ year track record selling complex solutions, with a strong preference for at least 3+ years selling COTS/SaaS business application software products and custom solutions built on low-code platforms like Microsoft Power Platform/Dynamics, Salesforce, Appian, or ServiceNow.

§  A consistent history of achieving or exceeding sales targets and landing new logos.

§  A proven track record of building and leveraging business relationships with senior client executive contacts and partners.

§  (Preferred) Experience with one or more of the following functional areas: Federal financial management, Federal grant and credit (direct lending, guaranteed) programs, Federal acquisition management, banking, or financial services.

2.      You are driven and entrepreneurial:

§  Highly motivated self-starter, with excellent hunting, qualifying, and closing skills, and a passion for finding and securing new business.

§  Passion and drive to go the extra mile with a strong "roll up your sleeves" work ethic; self-directed and resourceful, with an attitude to "out-work the competition."

§  An influencer, representing FI's products and capabilities to the market to drive demand and convert prospects to customers.

§  (Preferred) Potential to build and direct an expanding, high-performing sales team as the business grows.

3.      You have what it takes:

§  Strong listening, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to shape opportunities by understanding the customer's business, challenges, and compelling needs.

§  Creative intelligence to position compelling solutions with clear value propositions.

§  Excellent communication skills, including writing, presentation, and both formal and informal interpersonal communication. You know what to say and more importantly, how to say it.

§  The ability to work as a team player and solution catalyst.
