National Sales Director

Our Opportunity:

Fetch Package is looking for a highly motivated as well as results driven National Sales Director to join our sales team on a full-time basis within the Multifamily industry. This position will report to the Vice President of Sales, with accountability to the CEO, and will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base at a national level. We are looking for someone who can effectively balance competing priorities and enjoys a fast-paced startup environment. 

Fetch is a venture-backed startup solving the package problem for multi-family. Packages are sent to our warehouse, and we communicate directly with residents to coordinate secure and convenient door-to-door delivery. Fetch is currently operating in cities from coast-to-coast with additional plans for substantial growth.

What you'll do:

  • Create, refine, and/or implement sales strategies and plans at a national scope to achieve organizational sales and revenue goals
  • Effectively support and enable a national sales team by driving sales growth, initiating targeted sales campaigns into new target markets and effectively increasing market share within established target markets
  • Build strategic partnerships and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with key B2B customers in order to facilitate sales opportunities along with ensuring optimal customer service outcomes
  • Develop actionable as well as measurable strategies to expand the company’s customer base and increase market share across all target markets
  • Collaborate with a variety of cross-functional teams which include but are not limited to: marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment and drive business growth
  • Perform and drive internal visibility towards market, competitor, and customer analyses to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and organizational effectiveness
  • Conduct recurring national sales reviews and provide performance analysis/metrics on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management

What you'll need:

  • 8+ years of sales experience within the multifamily real estate industry
  • 8+ years of high-performance sales experience within fast-growth enterprise B2B sales environments
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives, spearheading revenue growth, and closing C-level executive sales
  • Proficiency in G-suite applications and Salesforce CRM
  • Experience opening entirely new markets or launching first-to-market solutions preferred
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to travel nationally as required

Base Salary: $120,000-$160,000
