Our Opportunity:

Fetch Package is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team on a full-time basis. This position will report to the Director of Marketing, with accountability to the CEO, and will be instrumental in contributing to the company’s omni-channel marketing strategy and will involve hands-on management of a variety of growth-oriented digital marketing initiatives. We are looking for someone who can effectively balance competing priorities and enjoys a fast-paced startup environment. 

Fetch is a venture-backed startup solving the package problem for multi-family. Packages are sent to our warehouse, and we communicate directly with residents to coordinate secure and convenient door-to-door delivery. Fetch is currently operating in cities from coast-to-coast with additional plans for substantial growth.

What you'll do:

  • Partner effectively with others, within multiple departments including marketing, in creating as well as delivering on impactful marketing programs and projects which includes (but is not limited to) overall growth marketing strategy, digital marketing, SEO, marketing automation, multi-faceted campaigns (e.g.: email, advertising), and sales enablement in order to accelerate the success of all target markets at a national scope.
  • Provide effective oversight regarding the digital assets of the company which includes website and content used to enable sales and growth
  • Manage departmental staff as assigned relating to digital marketing
  • Measure and report performance of all growth marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement
  • Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests to present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data all the way up to the executive level
  • Develop and manage paid campaigns, including creating landing pages and ads, managing a/b tests, and measuring/optimizing user experience
  • Utilize a strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch-points
  • Instrumentalize conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Oversee website contractor and advertising manager workflow and success
  • Develop SEO/SEM strategy, benchmarks, and track against OKRs & KPIs
  • Evaluate emerging technologies along with providing thought leadership for adoption where appropriate
  • Assist with budget tracking and financial management
  • Work with various stakeholders on internal as well as sponsored digital advertising initiatives including social, display, and search campaigns
  • Collaborate with other in the development of a lead generation strategy by identifying potential channels for new customer acquisition 
  • Facilitate customer segmentation activities based on behaviors and acquisition channels.
  • Perform ongoing competitor analysis relating to advertising and marketing techniques to foster an optimal client conversion rate

What you'll need:

  • 3-5 years experience within a digital marketing capacity
  • Demonstrate sound subject matter expertise relating to process, systems/technologies, automation, and trends relating to digital marketing
  • Adept at the creation, development, and/or implementation of new customer acquisition programs as well as multi-faceted customer campaigns
  • Experience with using one or more of the following technologies: Salesforce/Pardot, HTML, ClickUp, Wordpress, Looker, Gladly, Sprinklr, Buzzomo, Google Suite, reputation management software, and primary social media platforms
  • Possess an objective, data-driven mindset when it comes to the measurement of KPIs/ROI/OKRs in promoting continuous improvement from an analytics perspective
  • Bachelor’s degree within marketing or related business discipline; MBA is strongly preferred

Base Salary: $60,000-$120,000
