Who we are looking for:   

First Eagle is seeking a meticulous and organized individual to join our team as a Sales and Reporting Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in administrative support and reporting.   

    

This individual will have the opportunity to not only learn about the institutional investment management business broadly and the efforts that go into a successful institutional sales and client service organization but will also be a contributor to the team’s success.   


What you will do:    

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team in day-to-day operations including calendar maintenance, travel arrangements, and expense reports
  • Arrange in-house client meetings, internal meetings, and conference calls by making room reservations, creating agendas, overseeing equipment set-up, ordering catering, and preparing meeting materials
  • Assist in day-to-day data entry and administrative tasks in the teams Client Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Contribute to the development and optimization of Salesforce workflows and reporting
  • Assemble and arrange delivery of presentation materials for meetings with clients, prospects, and investment consultants
  • Coordinate and execute the on-boarding and off-boarding activities for department members
  • Partner with colleagues and assist with special projects as needed

    

The qualities you should have:   

  • Undergraduate degree required
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Client Relationship Management (CRM) system experience, preferably in Salesforce
  • Excellent Word and Excel skills; exceptional PowerPoint skills is a plus
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail oriented with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy
  • Excellent time management, organizational/prioritization, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starting, entrepreneurial and resourceful – someone who “makes it happen” with a can-do attitude

    

    

Base Salary range: $75,000 to $85,000. In addition, this role is eligible for an annual incentive bonus. Compensation may vary based upon, but not limited to – the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
