First Eagle is seeking a candidate for the RIS National Sales Director role covering the East Coast territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for the below responsibilities and have the following qualifications for this role:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of First Eagle products and salient positioning points for the retirement channel
  • Build relationships with assigned intermediaries in order to develop and expand distribution opportunities for the retirement business
  • Build product awareness within assigned intermediaries
  • Gain product placements within key fiduciary platforms and retirement 3(38) and 3(21) programs
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of sales opportunities
  • Partner with First Eagle retail and institutional teams to position products, build new and expand existing relationships
  • Support the sales efforts within select sales teams at key retirement platforms
  • Represent the firm in a professional and ethical manner in all interactions
  • Travel assigned territory
  • Meet and exceed sales goals
  • Assist in the ideation process for business building strategies including the development of value-add pieces and sales stories
  • Participate in industry conferences and deliver presentations on behalf of First Eagle

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate Degree; Advanced degree or industry designation a plus
  • At least 10 years of Defined Contribution sales experience preferred
  • Sales Management experience is a plus
  • Proven ability to build relationships with intermediaries and execute with both retail advisors as well as institutional consultants
  • Series 7, 63
